A problem

In the translation, the following code will generate incorrect links such as en:英語 language. (英語 means English in Chinese and Japanese.)

Is translation preventing the updating of transcluded content?

I have just made changes similar to this on all the "Table" subpages like this one (e.g., this change to Wiktionary/Table). All of the parent pages (Wiktionary, etc.) showed my changes immediately or after purging the cache. This one won't show the updated transcluded content whether I purge this "/Table" subpage, purge the parent page (Wikiquote), or null-edit the parent page. Is this because the pages for Wikiquote are using the translation feature? (None of the others are.) How does this affect keeping the numbers here up to date? I just noticed this issue, so I don't know if the numbers here (Wikiquote#List of Wikiquotes) regularly get out of date or not.
