Essentially yes - I'm doing some editing while at work and evidently the IP my workplace uses has been blocked as an open proxy. I'd be very surprised if my workplace is actually using an open proxy to be honest, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about networky things to dispute the block. "...edit all versions of Wikipedia." I think it is a valid reason to apply GIPBE.

I am using the Biznet network here in Bandung, Indonesia. It is not a VPN/open proxy service, just a regular internet service provider. There is a chance that Meta admin accidentally blocked the IP range of the whole/most users of Biznet in my area. Because of that, I can not do any editing work in Wikimedia projects (notably English Wikipedia and Commons), except Indonesian Wikipedia where I can by-pass the block.

Not done the fix for your challenge is to stop using your VPN for contributing to Wikimedia projects. See No open proxies. Hello, I'd like to request GR (again). For the past half year (link) I've spent a lot of time and energy patrolling changes on all small WMF projects (and on some not so small ones), reverting non-constructive edits, including cross-wiki spam, sometimes requesting pages to be deleted. My most important sources of information are the Meta abuse filter log and practically all local recent changes pages, which I investigate on a rotating schedule, concentrating on undesirable edits other patrollers have missed. You brought up how recently I've started my cross-wiki work, but that's exactly the reason I'm requesting the flag, as I would probably be autoconfirmed on all the wikis where it mattered if I put in a few more months. I'm hoping to make those few months slightly easier by not having to leave SWViewer multiple times a session to manually undo edits and fill out CAPTCHAs. Yes, but "autoconfirmed" on (almost?) all non-enwiki wikis just means 4 days since account creation, there's no editing requirement. I'd like to reinstate my request. The Global SUL script seems to have helped for the most part, but I was just stopped by a CAPTCHA again on the Belarusian Wikipedia. I believe my request is similar to several of the accepted rationales at CAPTCHA exemptions, and I intend only to contribute in good faith, following global and local counter-vandalism policies and guidelines to the best of my ability. I'm a bit confused here. CentralAuth tells me the Global SUL script created a local account on the Belarusian Wikipedia at the same time it did every other wiki (December 21, 2023), but I only made my first edit to it today. @TechnoSquirrel69 apologies, looked at the wrong entry there. However, in looking at your problem case (bewiki) - you are already autoconfirmed on that project (see w:be:Special:UserRights/TechnoSquirrel69) which includes skipcaptcha. Not able to reproduce; I'm not entirely sure why. I'll also note that none of the other wikis I edited after running the script have given me this issue, including ones that had CAPTCHA-ed me before. Hello there, I am EPIC, and I have Swedish as my mother tounge with advanced knowledge of English as well as some knowledge of Norwegian. I have been a registered user for 4 and a half years, and an administrator on the Swedish Wikipedia for a bit over 3 and a half years.

I am applying for the global renamer rights mostly to help out with the renaming requests on the local page on svwiki for requesting username changes. Probably I will also help out with requests done using Special:GlobalRenameRequest and at Steward requests/Username changes. I am an active patroller at svwiki and quick to handle requests, and on svwiki we currently have one global renamer, which means it will not be an overload.

I have read the Global rename policy as well as the Global renamers policy page, and I am fully aware of the responsibilities as a global renamer, and therefore I am ready to take them.
