Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos 2024 Campaign in North East Nigeria

As part of WPWP 2024 campaign, we held a two-day campaign where participants wore our branded T-shirts. During the event, we trained new editors on how to add photos to Wikipedia articles. To motivate everyone, we introduced a contest with small prizes. All participants were added to the campaign dashboard so we could track their contributions.

We also had a follow-up session to correct common mistakes, and for those who couldn’t attend, we shared a screen-recorded video to guide them. In the end, participants added images to over 1,165 articles, improving the quality of the pages.
