Members

Wiki Open Learning is built by its members. Anyone with a Wikimedia account who is interested in the operational side of contributing to Wikimedia projects is welcome to join, regardless of language, country, home wiki, or experience level. There are no application processes, fees, language requirements, or regional restrictions.

To join, follow these three steps:

  1. Click Edit next to the Member list heading below
  2. Add a new line at the end of the list in this exact form: # ~~~~
  3. Click Publish changes

The four tildes (~~~~) automatically turn into your signature and the date when you save. Please also open Template:WOL Member Count and change the number by one, so the count stays correct.

New to wiki editing? If you have never edited before, please create a free account first. You only need to do this once and it works across all Wikimedia projects.

Wiki Open Learning was founded and is coordinated by a small core team. The core team holds overall responsibility for the initiative's direction, documentation, events, and stewardship of its pages. Click below to view the core team.

The core team is currently closed as the initiative establishes its foundations. Members who contribute consistently over time may be invited to take on coordination or stewardship responsibilities as Wiki Open Learning grows. Everyone is warmly welcome to contribute as a member, facilitator, or volunteer regardless of core-team status.
