Do we have a good on-wiki way to document such wiki challenges?

Collecting ideas for a logo

This logo was used for "Editing Days" in Macedonia in 2016

Over at 100wikidays, they use File:Spain traffic signal r301-100-green.svg, which could be adapted to display the number 365. But perhaps there are some more creative ideas in your minds?
