Global sysop would grant you access on ~400 wikis. It would be better to just request temporary adminship on those four, if that's what you're interested in doing. A week long request on each will work. – Ajraddatz (talk) 07:11, 17 November 2017 (UTC)

Not technically possible without granting them the full userrights-global functionality. I would support a modification of the extension to allow OTRS Admins to modify that specific global right, as has been done with userrights. – Ajraddatz (talk) 07:40, 25 November 2017 (UTC)
