It's not really useful to just say "see discussion above" when it's all in Chinese; and there wasn't much discussion. Lanwi1 made a sock block on both accounts (with the master being stale until the current unblock request) based on presumably deleted revision history of zh:李雨蓁; AT simply asked what the blocking administrator wants to do, so here we are. It's a good behavioral pattern match based on local discussion. I have a feeling that there won't be much sleepers based on previous checks, but probably nice if a steward could take a look again anyway. Reason(s): In the past two weeks a new user under the nickname Exspell has been active in the Greek Wikipedia, and surprisingly shares similar editing patterns as ΕρΚιλλ, who was recently banned indefinitely for legal threats and non-stop vandalism. Comment Possible connection between the two from another point of view: a theoretical perspective. "ΕρΚιλλ" (=ErKill in latin letters) was a trοll and sock (see case Ελλ@el.wikipedia) who was running after user Τζερόνυμο. Its name derives from Killer (Κill er > Er kill > ErKill), ostensibly implying that its purpose was "to kill" Τζερόνυμο, meaning making things so difficult for him in WP, in order to force him to quit. "Exspell" is Expel (although misspelled), meaning of course that its aim is expelling user Τζερόνυμο from WP, since "Exspell" is contributing in a way that reminds "ΕρΚιλλ". ——Chalk19 (talk) 16:26, 15 July 2018 (UTC)

PS. In the beginning, right after user Exspell appeared, some users of the Greek-language WP -Glucken was among them, too- had been thinking (see: [1], [2], [3]) that Exspell was a sock of the legendary globally locked sockmaster Vrahomarinaner [4](about him cf. Comment User Exspell is once again violating the rules of this request, as it appears that he is not aware of the legislation. After all, it is well-known that this is NOT a vote, but a technical request exclusively to administrators of Meta. In other words, I can once again see another attempt to hinder the completion of the checkuser. That was the case only a few months ago with user Ελλ, who opened dialogue and later accused me of inappropriate practices, yet he was the one lying about his multiple sock puppets. A coincidence? Who knows, right? Without further ado, I am going to let the administrators do their job as noted and wait patiently for the final outcome of the check. update User Gts-tg, a sysop in the el-WP has added (August 8th) user Skylax30 to the list of suspected sockmasters [5]. He has explained in detail his belief, and he gave some evidence in the Admins Board of el-WP [6] (in Greek; here a google/machine translation in English of its main points=first paragraphs). User Skylax30 has a 3 months block [7] until the end of August. So, if Exspell (who is a sock for sure, according to its behaviour) is found to be him, then Skylax30 will face the consequences of bypassing his blocking via a sockpuppet. This is a new turn to the case, since the other users (ΕρΚιλλ/Μαντίνγκο, Vrahomarinaner) suspected as sockmasters are already blocked indefinitely for sockpuppetry, but Skylax30 is not blocked but for three months (and for another reason, personal attack). ——Chalk19 (talk) 07:01, 9 August 2018 (UTC)

Comment User's Skylax30 3 months block (for personal attacks) in el-WP has been doubled (for sockpuppetry) in the meantime by sysop Gts-tg on the grounds that he is definitely Exspell [8]. Comment Dear Alaa had the CU be done in time, there would have been two accounts not stale. Glucken123 filed the case on July 15, 2018, and the next day he added user "Μαντίγκο" (a verified sock of the user "ΕρΚιλλ") to the list [9]; "Μαντίγκο"'s last edit in el-WP was on May 20, 2018. Later, on August 8th, another user added "Skylax30" to the list as a suscpected sock master; his last edit in el-WP was on June 5, 2018. So, there was data available at least until the 19th of August for both "Μαντίγκο" and "Skylax30", and by the 4th of September for just "Skylax30". Reason(s): User:1l2l3k is a problematic and prolific sock creator in SQwiki. After his latest sock user:Sallgame was banned on SQwiki, I suspect that he created a new one ( Serasqeri ). He's very experienced and in just a couple of days has edited a lot of articles Hatake and his socks edited.See this report. I suspect local administrator in SQwiki 1l2l3k ( https://sq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Përdoruesi:1l2l3k ) is the real master behind all these sockpuppets, pushing the same POV in all the articles. He creates new sockpuppets all the time easily relied to his alter-ego “Hatake”, trying to hide behind the scenes also as a devoted administrator. -- 08:19, 05 August 2018 (UTC) MarinBarleti (talk)

To the clerk with the intent of clarifying: I am an admin in sqwiki, and have no links to Hatake. MarinBarleti is a sock of Cinephile-al, who was banned from sqwiki with community decision. His list of socks, all blocked by me, can be found here. MarinBarleti (master is Cinephile-al) is trying desperately here to retaliate against me, linking me to Hatake, but we are in different cities, and are completely different people. I have been reported so many times by now here in Meta, that at this point I too would like a checkuser to stop this madness. per discussion, the users seems to be WP:SPA. A WP:MEAT / WP:DUCK can be possible in this case, and a CU may not be conclusive due to the low edit count, however, it might be useful as behavioral seems to be a match but the users denied connection with each other.
