This page is for requesting CheckUser information on a wiki with no local CheckUsers (see also requesting checkuser access). Make sure to follow the following instructions, or your request may not be processed in a timely manner.

Before making a request:

1. Make sure you have a good reason for the check. It will only be accepted to counter vandalism or disruption to Wikimedia wikis. Valid reasons include needing a block of the underlying IP or IP range, disruptive sockpuppetry, vote-stacking, and similar disruption where the technical evidence from running a check would prevent or reduce further disruption.
2. Be specific in your reasons. Ambiguous or insufficient reasons will cause delays. Explain the disruption and why you believe the accounts are related, ideally using diff links or other evidence.
3. Make sure there are no local checkusers.

Reason(s): This user is hounding me since the very first day of his account creation. Inefficient to participate in any sensible discussion, he is repeatedly attacking me on my posts. Most of his edits are targeted on me. Now, a user (William bal klinton) has popped up out of the blue to mock me on the Village Pump (locally Chaupal) which is highly defamatory for me. Notice the signature style he is using <>< William ball klinton^{वार्ता} and mine on Hindi Wiki: <>< Bill william compton^Talk. Actually, there are some users who are inspired with Indian nationalism and don't have bit of knowledge to write an encyclopaedia. Easy illustration of their sick ideology is that they think that "creating a featured article on a British topic would make India slave" and indirectly call me Queen's Servant, anti-Indian, anti-Hindi, etc. And, the most unfortunate thing is that a user without any knowledge of neutrality, copyrights, reliability of sources, deletion policy of local project and basic sense of manual of style is an administrator.--Bill william compton (talk) 05:02, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

Besides the choice of signature styles, both the users give unnecessary indentation for a new section (Froklin William bal klinton), which is very unusual. Also, the writing style is similar.--Bill william compton (talk) 11:27, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
