This is not useful as a disambiguation page. It is analogous, in a secular sense, to having a disambiguation page for people who are titled "King" or "Mayor". — Ningauble (talk) 15:50, 13 October 2016 (UTC)reply

- Delete as nom. A category for imams may be appropriate, as a subcategory of Islamic clerics. (Or multiple categories, since Sunni and Shi'a Muslims use the title differently.) ~ Ningauble (talk) 15:50, 13 October 2016 (UTC)reply

This article was {{prod}} because "No sourced quotes." The tag was removed without curing the defect, which brings it here. — Ningauble (talk) 17:27, 25 October 2016 (UTC)reply

- Delete as nom. ~ Ningauble (talk) 17:27, 25 October 2016 (UTC)reply
- I note that a citation has been provided,[1] linking to a promotional website of the author, which is not indicative of a notable or widely quoted quotation. The present article gives the appearance of PR advertising/spam, which is not acceptable on Wikiquote. ~ Ningauble (talk) 14:57, 29 October 2016 (UTC)reply
- Delete per nom - unless properly sourced quotes are provided. ~ UDScott (talk) 17:34, 25 October 2016 (UTC)reply

This article was {{prod}} because "Non-notable web series." The tag was removed without explanation, which brings it here. — Ningauble (talk) 17:39, 25 October 2016 (UTC)reply

- Comment: article has not been deleted yet. Same information is showing up on other wikis and has been deleted from Wikipedia. It has also been entered into the Internet Movie Database, but there are discrepancies in the information, such as the creator, "Karim Kaloga", being born in 2004, yet was able to write episodes eleven years before his birth in 1993. On another wiki, it is being claimed that they were broadcast on Nickelodeon. —RRabbit42 (talk) 16:59, 4 December 2016 (UTC)reply
- We tend to be very slow in attending to closing these discussions. As nominator, it would be improper to do it myself. ~ Ningauble (talk) 18:01, 4 December 2016 (UTC)reply

- Delete as nom. Even if sourced, a framework of Proverbs by continent would be a bad idea. The scope of this article would encompass a wide variety of cultures and languages, ranging from Afrikaans to Egyptian, with no basis to develop a coherent article. ~ Ningauble (talk) 16:38, 26 October 2016 (UTC)reply
- Delete, per nom and Ningauble's additional comment. ~ UDScott (talk) 17:08, 26 October 2016 (UTC)reply
- Delete, but I could see moving this to project space to find sources and specific regional/language information for the quotes, as material for individual pages. BD2412 T 16:44, 7 November 2016 (UTC)reply
