There are regular requests related to these bots at meta:Steward requests/Global. We attempted to implement such a filter here a while ago, but I'm afraid it was too crude an instrument, and had a lot of collateral damage. The page Andromeda currently merely redirects to a television series, but a Wikiquote article dedicated to the Andromeda Galaxy, or other uses of the term would have only a very brief introduction, followed by quotes on the Galaxy, constellation, myth, or other use of the name.
