Oladejo Okediji

Oladejo Okediji (1929–2019) was a pioneering Nigerian novelist, playwright, and educator recognized as one of the foremost writers in the Yoruba language literary canon. He is best known for pioneering Yoruba detective fiction with works such as Àjà Ló L'ẹrù (1969) and writing the classic social drama Rẹrẹ Run (1973).
