Found how to show hooks for a specific page through profiling. Worked because I was looking to do once for a specific page, but would not work for routine listing of hooks used on a page.

Is there a way to see the hooks that are called for a specific page and they order they are called in?

You could enable Profiling.

Generally speaking though, no.
