Topic on Project:Support desk/Flow

I'd like to restrict editing to a small range of  IP addresses. Is there a simple way to do this?

I don't understand it myself but what about Help:Range blocks?

Manual:$wgAutopromote might be helpful. You might be able to create a group based on ip range and only give that group edit rights.
