The following command (from https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/zip-targz.html)

./bin/elasticsearch

gives the following error:

/home/gunsywtx/public_html/extensions/elasticsearch-6.2.4$ ./bin/elasticsearch
which: no java in (/home/gunsywtx/perl5/bin:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/path-bin:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/path-bin:/usr/local/jdk/bin:/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/path-bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/opt/cpanel/composer/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/opt/puppetlabs/bin:/opt/dell/srvadmin/bin:/home/gunsywtx/bin)
could not find java; set JAVA_HOME or ensure java is in PATH

Any fix?

Just found out my shared web-host does not have Java.

Any way to use CirrusSearch without Java?
