Fatal exception of type MWException

Works fine except for page "preferences" that gives a "Fatal exception of type MWException" with MW1.20.2

I tried

php5 rebuildLocalisationCache.php --force

but no success. Is there a fix without downgrading?

You also have UniversalLanguageSelector enabled, right? It's a bug in MediaWiki core. As written in MLEB, please disable ULS until MediaWiki 1.20.3 is released, or use the 1.20.3pre tarball.
