Re the MWP Herald rule

Hello :) Out of curiosity, do you know if it's intentional that MediaWiki-extensions-OATHAuth, MediaWiki-Core-Benchmarker, MediaWiki-libs-Stats & php-session-serializer aren't listed in the MWP Herald rule, even though they're documented as currently being stewarded by MWP? (From my perspective it's fine if it is intentional - I just wasn't sure, as it seems like most MWP-stewarded projects are included in that Herald rule :)) Best, ‍—‍a smart kitten_[meow] 09:02, 10 December 2025 (UTC)

please define the Mission section
