In dem Kästchen oben rechts (erste Zeichnung/ Skizze) ist in der Zeile mit dem Ungefähr- Zeichen das Dreieck PTG2 angezeigt. Dieses Dreieck kann nicht ungefähr gleich groß sein als eines der beiden kleineren Dreiecke. Ich habe es zwar geändert (siehe Versionen), bin aber nicht sicher, ob der Autor genau das gemeint hat. Danke für eine Überprüfung.

On w:hu:WP:RENAME the rename link is rendered incorrectly, as you can see in the Bencemac → Ez egy teszt! section. Parsoid does not identifies the textual part/label (átnevezés) of the external link, and visualises it like this:

- Please see Parsoid/Parser Unification/Instructions for editors#In table syntax attribute positions, Parsoid drops HTML tags in their entirety for why this happens. Hola , creo que he realizado algo mal pues he sido bloqueado por 3 meses. No entiendo el motivo, pues simplemente intenté mejorar la entrada al Museo Pedagógico de Zamora, con varias referencias y citas. Todo ha sido borrado, yo pienso que lo mejoraba bastante. Sí sin tan amables de solucionarlo y desbloquearme, lo agradezco.

When editing my sandbox page on mobile, some sections show "This section is empty. Be the first to expand it!" even though the section contains content and displays correctly in read mode.
The content is saved and visible on the page, but the section editor incorrectly shows it as empty.

Parsoid and the legacy parser exhibit different behaviors with multiple {{DISPLAYTITLE}} magic words. On Parsoid, it doesn't render the error that the legacy one shows, the one that the template documentation states should appear, and picks the one that appears first, while the legacy parser displays the page title according to the last DISPLAYTITLE in the article and renders the error.

Blank editing error
[edit]for some reason when I went to edit the page (because it was slightly incorrect as the A1058 doesn't just run along the Coast Road but also Stephenson Road, Benton Bank and Jesmond Road) it said that the page was bland and to be the first one to edit which really confuses me because obviously the page has information on it that would clearly indicate it has been edited. The user reported that the sections hidden behind boxes are no longer editable (e.g. open the first box ('Magamról', and see hu:Szerkesztő:Akela#Magamról). Works like a charm with the legacy parser. ru:Module:Вложенный список for some reason doesn’t remove the headings here in Parsoid mode, even though it does in the old parser (see the list item Иванов, Александр). Debugging this proved extremely difficult because it seems like TemplateSandbox is using the old parser where there are no issues with display. I get that this is a niche use case (it’s a somewhat hacky module and a somewhat hacky system in general) but I feel like you should be able to debug these issues through regular means, at least.

{{#parsoid\u0000fragment:0}}(:1, :2 etc.) basically where the headings were. Bonjour,
En modifiant Union européenne de radio-télévision § « Membres » sur mon téléphone, je me suis rendu compte que la prévisualisation n'affiche plus les bonnes références. Au lieu d'afficher les références qui sont dans la section telle qu'elle a été modifiée (y compris les références qu'on a éventuellement ajoutées dans le cadre de la modif en cours), la prévisualisation affiche les références dans l'ordre où elles sont dans l'article entier (pas juste celles de la section qu'on modifie), mais en les plaçant là où sont les références de la section modifiée. Par exemple, dans mon cas, quand, dans la prévisualisation, je clique sur la première référence de la section (qui, après ma modif, est juste après « Conseil de l'Europe »), ça affiche la référence que j'abrégerai en « EBU Training 2008 » (c'est-à-dire la référence qui est en réalité dans le RI après « en 2008 ») au lieu d'afficher la référence « Membres » ; puis la deuxième référence (après « à cette occasion ») affiche ladite référence « Membres » au lieu de la référence « UER 2026 » (nouvelle référence, ajoutée par mes soins lors de la modif en question). Cette référence « UER 2026 », ajoutée dans la modif en cours, n'apparaît nulle part à la prévisualisation.
La référence sur le tableau, désormais troisième référence de la section et quatrième de l'article, affiche elle la bonne référence (ou presque, voir après) purement par coïncidence puisque c'était la troisième référence de l'article entier avant l'ajout de la ref « UER 2026 ». Cependant, ce serait trop beau si cette référence était réellement comme elle devrait l'être. Il s'avère, coup de chance pour constater ce bug supplémentaire, que j'ai mis à jour l'intitulé et la date de consultation de cette référence. Le nouveau titre de la référence est « 70 membres représentant 115 organisations dans 57 pays » et la nouvelle date de consultation est le 2 juillet 2026, mais la prévisualisation affiche « « 68 membres représentant 113 organisations dans 56 pays [archive] », sur ebu.ch (consulté le 6 janvier 2021). », c'est-à-dire l'ancienne version de la ref, avant que je la mette à jour !
(Accessoirement, le fait d'ouvrir l'infobulle d'une référence sur la prévisualisation fait que, si on n'a pas fermé cette infobulle, alors cette infobulle s'affiche ensuite au niveau du wikitexte de la référence en question quand on revient sur la page de modification, alors que cette infobulle ne peut bien sûr pas être ouverte directement depuis la page de modification.)
Tout ça est bien problématique, car ça empêche de vérifier si les références nouvellement ajoutées ou modifiées s'affichent correctement, et bien sûr ça empêche de rouvrir la page cible de la référence à partir de la prévisualisation (ce que je voulais faire pour revérifier que ce que j'avais écrit correspondait bien à ce que disait la nouvelle référence que j'avais ajoutée). Fort heureusement, j'ai quand même pu rouvrir la page cible en question en surlignant l'url dans le wikitexte (bien content que mon téléphone me permette d'ouvrir une URL directement ainsi, même si malheureusement il n'est pas possible de l'ouvrir dans le même groupe d'onglets en procédant ainsi).
Par contre, le texte de l'article en tant que tel (en dehors des références) s'affiche lui correctement à jour dans la prévisualisation. Et une fois la modification enregistrée, donc une fois qu'on est de retour sur la version « lecture » de l'article, les références s'affichent correctement, au bon endroit et correctement à jour. Ce sont vraiment uniquement les références dans la prévisualisation qui semblent affectées par ces bugs.
Quelqu'un a-t-il une idée d'où sort cette série de bugs (probablement tous liés les uns aux autres) ? Merci d'avance à qui réussira à remettre tout ça dans l'ordre.

When the same refence is used multiple times, the different instances are shown as 1^a b c d e... etc in the refence section. Now, the underline under a b c d e... is one solid line under all the letters with no breaks. Before, it was a short underline under each letter with a small gap between the letters making it easier to understand that a b c d e... link to a different instance of the reference in the text.

- Filed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T431142. The reason you don't see it when not in the template page is that Parsoid uses the preprocessor to expand templates and don't process nested templates in Parsoid itself. And, the preprocessor doesn't keep around template markers, etc. unlike Parsoid. So, Parsoid sees it as empty because the nested transclusion emits empty content. on vector legacy, ironically, the report visual bug button's (i) icon is too large, pushing the text down and created a rather unpleasant look. this is less than a minor problem however i still felt the need to point it out. a simple fix can simply be making the (i) icon smaller.

Most of the templates aren't being expanded, and are being displayed literally instead. There what looks like an error message after a few template expansions which reads "wt2html: wikitextSize limit exceeded." The problem is seemingly independent of the skin I use, and it goes away if I switch back to the old parser.

Infoboxes on English Wikipedia
[edit]Hello. I'm primarily an English Wikipedia editor and infoboxes there have had major rendering issues on desktop for me since Parsoid was introduced more widely. The infoboxes I come across the most often in my editing and reading are infobox person (and related such as infobox officeholder), infobox album, and infobox song. All of them have the exact same problems. For example articles, see (chosen at random):
- Taylor Swift (infobox person)
- Donald Trump (infobox officeholder)
- Visitor (album) (infobox album)
- "House" (Charli XCX song) (infobox song)
Most prominently, the main image (and occasionally some text, as in infobox officeholder) is left-aligned where it should be centre-aligned. Other issues include size (they are too big compared to the older infoboxes) and lack of borders, causing them to be less distinct from the article's body. In my experience, this is most visible in incognito tabs for some reason, so I would suggest opening the articles that way to reproduce the problem. I haven't noticed any problem on mobile, even in incognito tabs. My desktop browser is Microsoft Edge and my mobile browser is Safari, in case that's relevant. If this is not actually a Parsoid issue, I apologise for coming to the wrong place and would appreciate being directed to the proper channel. Thank you. - Thanks for reporting. I cannot reproduce this on any skin. This is likely some edge case for you because we would have seen a number of reports if it was widely broken for lots of users. So, Parsoid's parsing triggers the error, but for some reason, legacy parser ouput skates by without an error even though both have exceeded the node count. So, this is right on the edge. with a date in the future to create an entry that expires on day #time.
a) With the (normal) background color "light" (sidebar on the right) everything is fine, since i dont want to point out Text with a background color (the result is black text on white background and that's fine).
b) With the background color "dark" I'd expect that there should be white text on a black background (i,e, complete inversion of a) ), but one gets black text on white background bars. So far that's not nice, but readable. The problem are links that appear in blue and therefore are hard to read.
Is a complete inversion black|white possible?

- The output is different, but that's because you forgot to remove the
<!-- To submit your RfA, remove this line (the HTML comment markup here inactivates the safesubst code)-->code. This is hard to see since the html comment obviously isn't visible in the output, and it's arguably a bug in the legacy parser that the safesubst is "broken" by the inline comment here -- but that's a bug which has apparently been turned into a feature allowing you to edit your draft RfA before it gets added to the various categories, etc. - In any case, Parsoid output is arguably "more correct" in that it makes the broken

- That is caused by the

On this page there are two primary coordinates. That is not allowed, so an error message should be displayed and the category defined in MediaWiki:Geodata-broken-tags-category should be shown on the page. In legacy it works perfect; both the message and the category is displayed. In Parsoid, none of these occurs. The user is not notified about the error. However, the page turns up in the category, in this case Kategori:Användarsidor med felaktiga koordinattaggar.

When viewed in Vector 2022's dark mode, without parsoid the two images appear identical. With parsoid, the image that is under the section heading has a white background instead of a transparent background. - Pipe trick (among other such features) is a pre-save transform (i.e. the syntax is expanded to regular wikitext when a page is saved). But pre-save transforms don't work in extensions because of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T4700. Parsoid doesn't know about any of the pre-save transform constructs like pipe tricks because they are not supposed to exist in page wikitext after save. Specifically in the "section: Addition, subtraction and multiplication and division" there seems to be e bug where the code isnt showing at all. Things werent shown are the truth tables for Addition, subtraction ,multiplication, and division.
How do i know? When i checked the source code as in the text where its edited. In the preview it shows the chart pretty clear and good.

Μετά την τελική αποθήκευση αλλαγών, οι φωτογραφίες αλλάζουν μέγεθος κι εμπλέκονται με το κεφάλαιο "Παραπομπές".
