In the Global Watchlist, move buttons first like in normal Watchlists so their locations don't vary (Community Wishlist/W459)

Description
It's a cluttered unoverseeable sea of blue (and the useless list of usernames continues for far below the screenshot) – the x changes button to see the diff is at an always different place

So that one can easily and quickly open one diff after another. Currently, they're all at different locations making it extra exhausting to go through the Watchlist, having to move to the right place with the cursor to click the 'since last seen' diff button at a different location for each of the many clicks one does.

Already mentioned this problem at W322: Hide the list of recent editors next to article titles in the Global Watchlist which is about another breaking change of the GWL.

Support I experience this as well and it is indeed irritating when curating my global watchlist which I do sporadically so the amount of items and editors in the list can be high. Sabelöga (talk) 23:39, 2 January 2026
