- To join this user group, you must be an Iraqi citizen or of Iraqi descent with an active account on Wikimedia projects.
- The primary communication and announcement platform for members is the Telegram group.
- Membership is voluntary and free of charge.
- The user group may form subcommittees or working groups for specific thematic areas (e.g., education, GLAM partnerships, Wikidata).
- Decisions are made collaboratively, and feedback from active members is encouraged and documented.
