X axis: Percentage difference between amount actually raised in a country in 2010 and the "fair share" for that country based on GDP (ie. GDP of country * Total raised/Total GDP) Y axis: As for X axis, but for 2011 Bubble size: Area is proportional to GDP
NB: Only countries where more than $10,000 was raised in both 2010 and 2011 and with a GDP of more than $100 billion are included. These represent about 98% of funds raised in 2011.
