How to participate

Host your own Let’s Connect clinics with the help of the Let’s Connect Toolkit. Based on the experience of hosting 200+ clinics in up to 6 languages: Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese and French, the Community Development Wikimedia Foundation team & the Let’s Connect Working Group created a toolkit to help you start learning clinics following the Let’s Connect peer learning model. In the toolkit, you will find:

  • A step-by-step introduction to planning and facilitating your first learning clinic.
  • Templates you can adapt for session planning, presentation, and communications.
  • Examples of materials and methods from successful past clinics.
  • Tips and best practices for running a learning program, including team coordination, session facilitation, and building a shared learning repository.
  • Examples of workflows and documentation methods that help capture and reuse knowledge across sessions and communities.
