We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it.  While we are keen to supporting newcomers in implementing project ideas like this one, we see the benefit of working closely with established communities such as the Igbo Wikimedians UG and especially in ensuring you have access to the capacities and resources needed. We also find with this application a misalignment between the resources being requested and the proposed impact.
