Hello, thank you for submitting your Rapid Fund request.

We appreciate your willingness to contribute to the Wikimedia Movement. We have completed the initial review of your application and we decided to not fund it.  Given the the active nature of contributions by  the main applicant who would be part of the training team, including aspects connected with the last active contribution. To train others, the team needs to have active contributors who can support trainees meaningfully with their editing learning. The resources requested did not align with the impact proposed.
