Strong support Gender Gap and bias in the Northern region of Nigeria is an issue that even Wikimedians in the Northern region faces. Therefore, initiating a project like Wiki Loves Women in the Northern Nigeria would go a long way to ensure that women's digital literacy and visibility are taking into consideration on the Wikimedia Space. I strongly recommend and endorse this project.

The proposal to implement Wiki Loves Women in Northern Nigeria is a valuable project for Northern Nigeria which historically accounts for the highest levels of marginalization of women as a result of poor education, high levels of child marriage and other social factors that limit northern women from exploring opportunities in society. This project will be great to target promising women in the region to introduce them to Wikimedia and build their skills to be Wikimedia editors. The project plan is well developed with realistic outcomes that the proposed collaboration of Wikimedia communities in the North can achieve. I am proud to endorse this project and look forward to supporting the project implementation.
