تم الآن فتح فترة التقديم للفعالية الحضورية التي ستُقام في 30 يناير–1 فبراير 2026 في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا.
- ندعو المساهمين والتابعين الذين يمتلكون الخبرة والمعرفة ذات الصلة بـ البرنامج إلى ملء نموذج التقديم للمقاعد المحدودة بحلول 4 سبتمبر.

مختبر مستقبل ويكيميديا هو عملية وجلسة تجمعية صممت بشكل مشترك من قبل مؤسسة ويكيميديا وويكيميديا ألمانيا، والتي ستساعدنا جميعًا على التعرف أكثر على الاتجاهات العالمية ومناقشة الاستجابات المحتملة على مستوى الحركة بأكملها. ستُعقد جلسة حضورية في الفترة من 30 يناير إلى 1 فبراير 2026 في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا. ستستضيف الفعالية 100 مشارك. نحن نبحث عن مزيج من التابعين والمساهمين والخبراء الخارجيين.

هدف الفعالية
In this moment of profound global transformation, the Wikimedia Movement faces challenges to the relevance and resilience of our projects. We need to deepen our understanding of how the world and internet are changing around us, how these changes are impacting our people and projects, and develop joint responses that support our shared mission for free knowledge. Wikimedians have already begun discussing global trends (e.g. Wikimedia Foundation Annual Plan 2025/26, Movement analysis of global trends) that impact our communities and projects, from declining trust in online information, to the rise of AI-generated content, shifting regulatory landscapes, and more.
Goal 1: Foster movement belonging
- Expected outcome: Participants gain insight into different perspectives and local contexts, they collaborate to develop a shared understanding of challenges and opportunities and imagine futures for Wikimedia.
Goal 2: Discuss key global trends and their impact on Wikimedia
- Expected outcome: Participants engage with experts and research to deepen the Movement’s understanding of key trends affecting Wikimedia and discuss how global developments impact regional contexts.
Goal 3: Propose and adapt strategies to stay relevant
- Expected outcome: Participants discuss possible strategies to respond to these trends and generate first ideas that can be taken forward after the event.
