Being able to jump on WikiCookBook and find practically any recipe, always in similar templates would be a dream come true. Feature requests would be a "Find recipes from what's in my cupboard" kind of system, and the ability to have recipe pages update based on how many I'm cooking for (Not all recipes just scale in a linear manner). Copyright-wise, we're safe. Recipes that are just a list of ingredients and steps cannot be copyrighted. The exact texts within cookbooks can be, but if a contributor takes a recipe, rewrites it themselves in their own words, it's a new work that anyone could put on WikiCookBook.
