##ideally, we get a confirmation of the money so that we know when we can pay people
##Nattes: should we set up a project page for the event? We have a name but it is a red link, especially if we are going to have people ask for scholarships
##Answer: probably it is time. The previous delay was because of uncertainty about getting WMF scholarships
##WMF has not said no, and there is belief among organizers that WMF will fund the full amount
##Zeljko: how can we get appropriate submissions?
##Rachel: we have not gotten this far in planning because there is not yet funding. Some issues to resolve:

##Amir: I have been on the Technical Code of Conduct committee and also participated in other discussions on this matter
##Amir: there is a page for developing a universal code of conduct.
##Amir proposes to represent Wikimedia LGBT in this. Much of the discussion is happening in email and coordinated by WMF staff. 
##People agreed and no one opposed Amir representing the group in these discussions. Amir has a reputation in the Wikimedia LGBT+ community for good engagement in the Wikimedia Technical Code of Conduct and for often discussing conduct in Wikimedia projects.
