== Global rollback and global sysop rights revoked ==

Dear Tulsi,

I would like to inform you your global rollback and global sysop rights have been removed due to abuse. 

Few days ago, you repeatedly created an article at the English Wikipedia, even the article was previously deleted by the English Wikipedia community for not meeting the policies. 

Since global rollback grants you autopatrolled right everywhere, and subsequently makes scrutiny of your edits harder, this constitutes abuse of global rollback right in order to avoid scrutiny. 

Given global sysop flag needs an user to be more trustworthy than a global rollback holder, your global sysop flag was removed as well. 

Should you want to acquire one or both of those rights back, you need to pass a vote of confidence, which has same rules as requesting the right for the first time.

I don't believe this was planned. Autopatrol should have never been part of global rollback in the first place, and arguably shouldn't be part of global sysop either. My name is Mervat, and I am helping the Trust and Safety team to reach out to affiliates in order to discuss the Universal Code of Conduct.  

There has been talks about the need for a global set of conduct rules in different communities over time, and finally, Wikimedia Foundation Board announced a Community Culture Statement, enacting new standards to address harassment and promote inclusivity across projects.Since the universal code of conduct that will be a binding minimum set of standards across all Wikimedia projects, will apply to all of us, staff and volunteers alike, all around the globe, and will impact our work as groups, individuals and projects, it’s of great importance that we all participate in expressing our opinions and thoughts about UCoC, its nature, what we think it should cover or include and what it shouldn’t include; how it may develop, drawback or help our groups.   This is the time to talk about it. As you are a valuable contributor to the Wikimedia movement, your voice counts. 

Before starting to draft the code of conduct, we would like to hear from you; We invite you to devote some minutes to take this survey; your answers will help us create a safer environment for all on Wikimedia:<br>

The committee consists of five to fifteen members, selected at least once every year, to serve two-year terms. 

Being a part of the AffCom requires communication with volunteers all over the world, negotiating skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to understand legal texts. We look for a mix of different skill sets in our members.

This T:XX markup appears when we mark the page for translation which is using translate extension feature. We don't add that manually. If you edit and see the source code under ''Economy'' section you could see that T:113 already exists on the page. So, I have to remove one which is manually added and I marked the latest version for translation and the translate extension gives automatically T:114. I hope this is not a long explanation.
