I think that definitively shows that you ''haven't'' in fact changed your habit of making rash decisions without due consideration. Your continuing claims to have fixed what's wrong with you (as if you're a faulty robot swapping out damaged widgets) or that some problem is far in the past (ie a month or two) when in reality there is a continuing pattern of a particular problem smacks of cluelessness. I have to agree with Gordonrox24 above: running shows a serious lapse in judgment. Withdrawing this would have (sadly) been the best decision I've seen from you in a while. I have a hard time understanding why you think you should be trusted with the most powerful and dangerous privileges when you haven't gained the community's trust in 12 RFAs on one wiki, and after resigning in a huff another one didn't see fit to give you back the tools.
