Tunic is a mobile skin based on Example, MonoBook and former Chick skins. It has Echo and VisualEditor support. Beginning with Version 2.0.0, Tunic has access to many features from Evelution, including a native dark mode, is instead developed by HM100 and requires MediaWiki 1.36 (Support for MediaWiki 1.35 has been dropped).

Installation

  • Download and place the file(s) in a directory called Tunic in your skins/ folder.
  • Add the following code at the bottom of your LocalSettings.php file:
    wfLoadSkin( 'Tunic' );
    
  • Yes Done - Navigate to Special:Version on your wiki to verify that the skin is successfully installed.

Notes

  • Version 2.5.0 onwards have support for Visual Colors and 4-theme pack from Evelution
