User:Electron Bot (temporary admin rights for my bot)

Electron Bot (talk contribs blocks protects deletions moves rights)

Electron (talk contribs blocks protects deletions moves rights)

I need temporary admin rights for my bot to delete all articles and categories from Category:Беларуская (there are more than 1500 arcicles) which were moved already to Belarusian Wikisource -> [1], more -> here. I am a trusted user on Commons, and an editor on pl-wiki and pl-wikisource. As Wikimedia user I have about 40.000 edits (to sum up on all wikis, see: [2]) and more than 33.000 on Wikia projects). I am familiar with the bots that I use often on my Polish Wikia sites -> Ogród Petenery as Electron Bot user and on Polish PrePedia -> [3]. I suppose that one week (7 days) will be enougth time to do this job unhurriedly. Also please, if this request is aproved, to add the bot flag for my bot. Thank you in advance. • Support - I have no real problem with this, the user has been around since 2009 and is experienced enough to do this. It has been a while since this was proposed and somebody needs a temporary admin bot to do this job eventually; it could be a current admin, several have bots, but if Electron is willing to do the job, I say flag his bot and give him a temporary bit. Electron, how long do you think you'll need the bit from when we give it to you to when you finish the job?--Doug.(talk contribs) 20:42, 3 November 2012 (UTC)reply
Sorry for my long delay with the answer. But I did't look here for long time. Thanks for your support. As I sad I think that ca one week (7 days) will be enougth time to do this job unhurriedly. If my request is approved please to inform me on my pl-wiki talk page, here -> w:pl:User talk:Electron. Electron  <Talk?> 15:55, 26 January 2013 (UTC)reply

Votes for removal of rights

This areas is for votes to remove rights, either for inactivity or for misuse of rights (or any other reason). Please vote/comment on whether you think that the users below should keep or lose their respective user rights. Unless otherwise noted, users who have multiple rights will only have the rights under the particular section removed (i.e. a user with both admin and bureaucrat rights who is nominated for removal of bureaucrat rights, will retain their admin rights). However, normally bureaucrats who lose their admin rights will also lose their bureaucrat rights. Removals of most rights require a Steward, after a discussion is closed with a result of removal, the closing editor should post a request on meta.

Vote for removal of administrator privileges

This section is for removal of admin rights ("desysopping") If you have been listed here due to inactivity, but intend to resume admin duties, please indicate this so that others can re-evaluate whether you should be desysopped. Admins who are desysopped due to inactivity are encouraged to resume administration whenever they wish, either by talking to a crat or initiating a request above. Admins who do not respond may be automatically desysopped after 30 days.

Vote for removal of bureaucrat privileges

  • Decrat as nom due to inactivity. I'm nominating all of the long inactive accounts pro forma. Nothing against -jkb- and I know that they are active on other projects, but they have never logged a crat action on this project according to pathoschild's tool. They have logged a fair number of admin actions but nothing in over a year but I am intentionally raising the crat inactivity separately (and I'm doing so here because there doesn't appear to have ever been a promotion/demotion discussion on the crat page). Even if the user is lurking and wants to continue to be an admin (like LadyInGrey apparently was), then I still support removing crat privileges. I can't see a discussion of granting these privileges but they were granted after the user became inactiveafter the last admin log action with the justification "to reflect practical need" [4] and the user's last edit was 26 May 2011.--Doug.(talk contribs) 11:08, 6 April 2012 (UTC)reply
note there was some sort of discussion at User_talk:-jkb-#Bureaucrat but it was basically the other crats discussing, no other members of the community.--Doug.(talk contribs) 17:13, 6 April 2012 (UTC)reply
Leaving for short journey in one hour; by the end of the week I will apply on meta to remove my bct rights, but I would like to keep the sysop rigts. Regards -jkb- (talk) 05:26, 10 April 2012 (UTC)reply
