State Anthem of the Soviet Union
The national anthem of the Union of soviet socialist republics (USSR) from 1944-1991 was The replacement of the internationale,which was the anthem of USSR from 1922 to 1944,its melody was made by Aleksandr Alexandrov,the lyrics were written by Sergey Mikahilov. The anthem praised WW2,lenin,stalin,russia,and the Soviet Union. After Stalins death in 1953,the anthem was played without words until a new version was approved in 1977 praising only lenin.
