Need help uploading:

I just uploaded an Internet Archive PDF file of Antoni Edward Odyniec's play Barbara Radziwillóna to Wikimedia Commons, and am now trying to create the index, though it appears that the difficulty is in getting it onto the Polish Wikisource (Wikizrodla) to make the proper pagelist.
