Copy Righted Creations

Hey Vyom , I saw that you have created a new page having story of Umashankar Joshi. I think it is not in public Domain. A creation will come in public domain after 60 yrs from the death of Autohor. Umashankar Joshi's death is not past 60 years so I doubt we can not share it on source. Do you have any copy right or free usage license for that story?

No I don't have it and I was not sure that is why I held back that upload. The thing is Umashankar Joshi mentions with the story that it was narrated by Ravishankar Maharaj many times and it is a lok katha. That is why I am not clear about it's status. In that case you don't write name of Umashankar Joshi. and prsent that as Lok katha. You may change few words here and there.

Precaution to be kept before creating nw article

Hey Vyom, hope you are good! I saw that recently you have created artivle on કરતા જાળ કરોળિયો. I see that there is one article already present by that name કરતા જાળ કરોળિયો... Similary there are એક વેલીને and એક વેલીને..; રે પંખીડા ! સુખથી ચણજો રે પંખીડા! સુખથી ચણજો Now this is duplication , and should be avoided.

Before starting a new article just put title in search box and check out whether it is already present or not.
