First, the Scriptorium really needs another archive, through July or so, because the page is very long. Second, I think we should only have the header, etc., translated for languages that are here, not in their own subdomains. Could we have a real community portal here, with links to policy and community-discussion pages?

For instance, is there is no way to suggest something for deletion other than by listing it on the scriptorium as a general question?

Two things

First, the Scriptorium really needs another archive, through July or so, because the page is very long. Second, I think we should only have the header, etc., translated for languages that are here, not in their own subdomains.
