I copy things from Wikipedia:VfD when the general consensus is to transwiki them to Wikisource. Here's what I've added so far (I haven't cleaned any of these up):

• Wikisource:Scriptorium: Like the Wikipedia:Community Portal in slow motion. Doesn't link to anything useful at the moment, but you can gradually learn where things are by reading the answers there.
