To start an article go to Main Page:English and look at the "Primary Categories" section. Go through the items in that list and click on the first one that fits. This will take you to a list of sub-categories and article titles. If you feel that one of the sub-categories is appropriate go there, otherwise edit the page to add a link to the title of your article in the relevant section.
