I've been trying to fix it at all the other locations, but I keep hitting problems. -- Briefly: I tried to learn how to use PAWS to fix it, but ran into code-errors; I tried installing WINE in order to learn AWB, but got thoroughly confused; I tried asking legoktm for help and he kindly did some fixes, but then got overwhelmed with schoolwork. -- It was also unclear to me whether I could even request a global-bot flag (if I had managed to get PAWS or AWB working), as there doesn't seem to be a process for this kind of request. # With AWB I got a list of User contribs of "MediaWiki message delivery". It will show you the latest 25 000 pages edited by the given user. Then click "filter" to remove the duplicate pages and only show user talk pages.
# In Find and replace put in the find box "<code><nowiki></nowiki></code> or shorter part of this message and replace with "<code><nowiki></nowiki>

Are you sure? Now I demonstrate by another way that 4 valid voters opposed removal:

* Neribij's contribution past 2017-2014 same as Xoser.
* Kirmanciye's contribution past 2017-2014 same as Xoser.
* Gomada, rarely active, came from Kurdish Wikipedia to vote oppose.

Is this a joke all these three accounts, Xoser, Kirmanciye and Neribij's contribution's pasts are correspond with each other? Is this a personal argument? You can look at statistics if you wonder.

And what we said, we said that this person (Xoser) was not active for 3 years, his mates (Neribij, Kirmanciye) also was not active during this 3 years. When we started a local discussion they showed up suddenly for vote oppose. Is this a personal argument?

There are a handful of active users in Zazaki Wikipedia, because of this we said a third sysops is needless. Is this personal? You can look at Zazaki Wikipedia's statistics of 10 years.

He swears us, we demonstrated it with evidences. Can you show me the sentence/statement that we said we don't like him?

This will make it easier to view, search (also multilingually), edit, organize and re-use the files on Commons.

In early 2017, the Sloan Foundation funded this project ([[c:Commons:Structured data/Sloan Grant|see documentation]]). Development takes place in 2017–2020. It involves staff from the Wikimedia Foundation and Wikimedia Deutschland (WMDE) and many volunteers. To achieve this, [[mw:Wikibase|Wikibase]] support is added to Wikimedia Commons. Wikibase is the technology that is also used for [https://www.wikidata.org Wikidata].

Maintenance tools on Wikimedia are not rights, but privileges allowed to trustworthy people. It is proper to remove advanced access from people who abuse the trust. Furthermore, gross levels of abuse may indicate that a person should not be trusted anywhere, not just in the one sandbox in which the abuse occurred. Sometimes, we can split projects (when the reason for tool removal is project specific) other times we should not. Ich weiß nicht, was es bei den Drei-Benutzern genau war, aber der IP-Block wo ich drinnen bin war eben auch gesperrt. Es war der ganze 178.190/16-Block gesperrt (ungefähr 65 534 praktische IP-Adressen). Ich finde so großräumige Sperren etwas übertrieben ... Ich würde normalerweise nur ein /32 sperren (eine einzige IP-Adresse).

:Aufgrund von Vandalismus (also unsinnigen Bearbeitungen einzelner Benutzer) ist es manchmal notwendig, IP-Adressen den Schreibzugang auf Wikipedia zu sperren. Manchmal hilft aber auch das nicht und es muss eine gesamte IP-Range gesperrt werden. Dieses Mittel wird selten und meistens nur kurzzeitig eingesetzt, da dadurch nicht nur der Vandale gesperrt wird, sondern auch unbeteiligte und konstruktiv arbeitende Benutzer. In diesem Fall wurde die Range jedoch Hunderte Male missbräuchlich eingesetzt und musste längerfristig gesperrt werden.<br />Gern können wir jedoch ein Benutzerkonto mit einem Namen Ihrer Wahl anlegen, das von dieser Sperre nicht betroffen wäre. IP-Sperren gegen Vandalismus sind unsinnig, wenn die Vandalen einfach VPNs, Proxies, gekaperter Rechner, und sonstige Tricks nutzen, um an den Sperren vorbeizukommen. Mit solchen IP-Range-Sperren werden meistens nur normale Menschen ausgesperrt und so der Sinn von Wikis untergraben. Wenn man zu solch drastischen Mitteln greifen muss, hat man i. d. R. ganz andere Problem. Aber einfach einen signifikanten Teil einer Bevölkerung auszusperren, ist sicherlich nicht der richtige Weg. Und die Solidarität anderer Teilnehmer sinkt dadurch ebenfalls stark. Wer oder was gibt Ihnen das Recht, Tausende von Nutzer weltweit auf Gutsherrenart von der Mitarbeit an Wikipedia auszuschließen? So etwas nennt man Sippenhaft! Wieviele Promille der betroffenen Nutzer sind tatsächlich Vandalen? Und welcher echte Vandale ließe sich mit so einer Sperre ernsthaft von seinem destruktiven Treiben abhalten? Ich bin wahrlich kein Spezialist in solchen Angelegenheiten, aber mir fallen auf Anhieb gleich mehrere Wege ein, wie ein Vandale trotz massenhafter IP-Sperren sein hässliches Werk ausführen kann. Wikipedia verfügt glücklicherweise über effektive Wege, böswillige Änderungen schnell zu erkennen und rückgängig zu machen - unter anderem auch durch die Mithilfe zahlloser anonymer Helfer, die Sie mit Ihrer komplett überzogenen Strafaktion aussperren. Das Einzige, was Sie auf diese Art und Weise mit Sicherheit bewirken, ist Frust - Frust all der Menschen, die konstruktiv, aber anonym an Wikipedia mitarbeiten wollen. Im Grunde unterstützen Sie damit sogar das Werk der Vandalen! Mehr noch - auf mich wirken Ihre Massenaussperrungen nicht anderes als Vandalismus. Sie strafen wahllos all die ehrlichen Nutzer/Editoren von Wikipedia ab, die anonym bleiben wollen. Vielleicht sollte man zur Abwechslung mal Ihren Nutzer-Account für ein paar Monate sperren? Anyway, I've got a technical question: I requested [[:en:MediaWiki talk:Titleblacklist#Fouad Adan Hamoussin|a title black list]] for fouad+adan+hamoussin and similar combinations at enwiki, to prevent him to create other self-promo articles. I'm not an expert but I know that is possible to block some NS0 titles. Is it possible to send this request to the admins of French and Arab WP too? Otherwise, is it possible to block this titles globally? PS: it seems that on ar.wp also he writes his articles in Latin alphabet. This, IMHO, could prevent once and for all his activity (create articles about himself). On Commons is different, I don't think it exists a "facial recognition tool" :-) .
