Summary
This file documents systemic risks and corresponding mitigation measures associated with the operation of Wikipedia in the European Union in compliance with the Digital Services Act. This includes information on the Foundation’s support, in accordance with our policies, for the systems of community oversight of content issues on Wikipedia, notably community governance, content moderation, and editorial decision-making. An illustrated summary of the 2025-2026 SRAM methodology and key findings is included in the cover letter that we are providing alongside the SRAM itself.
